“Go Local” Farmers Market
Calling committed foodies, seafood lovers and gin connoisseurs alike. If wining and grazing on lavish delights enthrals your tastebuds, then brace yourself for foodie heaven. Feast restaurant, located at the iconic Sheraton on the Park hotel is inviting Australian gourmands to learn about the powerful impact of opting for local produce, with its exclusive weekend event “Go Local.”
Taking place on 16 September, “Go Local” will offer fans of Feast and Sydney foodies a chance to experience complimentary demonstrations, gourmet tastings and workshops alongside its buffet lunch and dinner service. Seventeen of Sydney’s acclaimed food and beverage suppliers will set up experiential pop-ups, offering intimate interactions, including seafood, beer, rare wine and cheese tastings, as well as a “School of Gin” session led by internationally revered distillery Archie Rose, which can all be enjoyed for free.
Feast has established itself as one of Sydney’s premier dining destinations with a constantly evolving array of culinary experiences on offer. One may ask how Feast continues to be at the forefront of the Sydney dining scene in a city with 10,000+ dining venues? Executive Chef, Feast, Gunnar Mueller attributes its success to the collection of renowned suppliers who provide exemplary produce to the restaurant and their loyal customer base.
“Go Local” will take place from 10.30am – 3.00pm and 5.00pm – 9.00pm on Sunday 16 September 2018, bringing the public exclusive access to Feast’s prestigious purveyors. The event will occur in conjunction with Feast’s lunch and dinner services, offered at $89 per person for lunch or dinner. Participating vendors include:
