AUSTRALIA’S BIGGEST BLACK FRIDAY EVENT
In an industry first, international property developer, Caydon Property Group, will participate in retail’s largest global shopping event – Black Friday, on 23 November – rewarding property purchasers with enormous discounts on apartments across the group’s Melbourne property portfolio.

Caydon’s International Marketing Director, Steve Williams, said “Unlike other industries, the property market has not traditionally recognised or followed seasonal spending habits in line with the consumer retail calendar, so the prospect of making significant savings in every price bracket for new apartments has been virtually non-existent until now.”
One, two and three bedroom apartments across every Caydon development in Melbourne will all be available at significantly reduced prices. One of the biggest savings can be found at Caydon’s iconic precinct development, The Malt District, in Cremorne, where a three bedroom apartment with two bathrooms and a car space will be reduced by $100,838 during the Black Friday event.
To access the savings, home seekers must book one of 100 VIP appointments available on the Caydon website (www.caydonproperty.com/blackfriday) from 6:00am on Black Friday 23 November. Once the appointment is
reserved, a Caydon sales representative will work with the lucky customers to find their ideal home and lock in the savings.
