Australia’s most loved Vietnamese restaurant, Roll’d, is turning up the heat with the debut of its newest dish, Bún Bò Huế.  Bún Bò Huế is a spicy Vietnamese beef noodle soup with a delicious, robust broth. With some similarities to Phở, this spicy dish is inspired by the city of Hue, which is commonly known for its use of chili and spice in its traditional cuisine.

From July 16th until August 12th, Roll’d is inviting heat seekers to visit their local Roll’d restaurant to brave the ‘CHILLI CHALLENGE’, where customers can customise the spice level of each individual dish.

A choice in spice intensity from entry level spice ‘slow burn’, medium level ‘slap in the face’, and the hottest ‘welcome to Vietnam’ will provide a challenge for all taste buds. As part of the challenge, all customers will be provided a customised BBH bib with any BBH purchase, allowing customers to go all out, seeing if they can truly handle the heat?!

Bún Bò Huếis available for purchase exclusively via the new Roll’d App. The Roll’d App allows customers to not only enjoy skip the queue but also benefit from a range of special offers and rewards including their first BBH purchase completely free!
