With a reputation around the world for colourful and creative floral creations perfectly matched to every occasion and setting, this new concession is an exciting development in the brand’s history, aiming to introduce the McQueens Flowers’ brand to a whole new audience.
Staffed by skilled McQueens Flowers florists, vistors will be treated to the exceptional McQueens’ experience they are known for, and the in-store décor embodies their design-led, sumptuous, luxury branding.
Bringing their signature luxury blooms to the high-street, a vast selection of products will be available including mix and match products ideal for smaller budgets or larger bespoke bouquets for those extra special occasions. There is also an exclusive capsule collection of 5 hand-tied bouquets -inspired by the history of John Lewis Oxford Street:
Eliza: Affectionally named after John Lewis’ wife, the romantic Eliza bouquet features seasonal flowers in luxurious shades of reds and pinks, showcasing blooms such as Dahlias, Clematis, Red Rose and Astilbe.
Circus: Inspired by the hustle and bustle of the surrounding Oxford Circus, a vibrant bouquet with clashing colour tones of yellows, purples and corals.
Wallace: A classic white and green colour scheme echoing the Foodhalls branding, this timeless, elegant bouquet is named after Wallace Waite, the original owner of Waitrose.
Silken: A delicate and feminine bouquet constructed of pastel flowers including Dahlias, Oxypetalum, Avalanche roses and Lisianthus telling the story of how John Lewis Senior was the youngest ever silk buyer and seller on Oxford Street.
Affinity: A celebration of John Lewis’s partnership formed in the Spring of 1929, a playful sunshine yellow toned bouquet (representing friendship and unity) filled with cheerful seasonal blooms such as Helenium, Molucella, Dahlias and Bouvardia.
