Australian Swimwear Label PLIVATI debuts new ‘Plaža’ collection in the USA
PLIVATI founder, Julianne Bobanovic, launched the brand late 2019 and after a disastrous bush fire season in Australia over Summer and the pandemic creating chaos at the start of 2020, Julianne remained positive about overcoming the recent challenges and being optimistic for a big Summer in Australia. She recently hosted a virtual runway at Designer Q, Brisbane Queensland and the label was presented at DC Swim Week, Washington DC.
PLIVATI’s custom prints are inspired by food, wine and floral found along the Adriatic coasts, so you can essentially ‘wear your holiday’.
PLIVATI’s new swimwear range is carefully tailored, designed to be modest and complementary to various body types with its low-to-high waist cuts and removable padding. The premium new fabrics are made from recycled material, fully lined, UP50+ and ultra-chlorine resistant in the women’s swimwear range, and are built to hold shape and retention.
