VICTORIAN WINNERS
L'Oréal Professionnel Colour Trophy Award 2004

Held at a function at Melbourne's South Wharf, the winners were announced for the Victorian finalists of the prestigious L'Oreal Colour Trophy Awards 2004.
From 684 entries, the result was some inspiring amd fresh creations.
The finalists listed below will go forward to the National awards on August 9.

Products used – Luocolour 2.17 and 5.1 and Majirel 8.07 from the new Autumn/Winter Colour Collection range.
Technique – Echos of soft caramel’s that are muted and metallic tones, accentuate extraordinary lengths and creates a confident mood to this edgy style.
(first time finalist)

236 Johnston St, Fitzroy.
Products used – Maji contrast Intense copper and red for highlights. Through the rest of the hair, Luocolour 5.35 as an overall colour.
Technique – Diamond sections to the heavier side alternating with colours.
(finalist for the past 4 years and winner of Men’s award 2003)

Technique - Muddy mauves and rich violet tones are silhouetted in a combination of bold and feathery lines creating both femininity and a graphic effect to an edgy style.
(first time finalist and double finalist this year.)

RUNNER UP
Heading Out Hair & Beauty

Products used – Luocolour as an overall base and pre-lightened and then toned with Diacolour tones of ash and mahogany.

MEN’S STYLE GALLEY NATIONAL WINNER 2004

Rakis
Level 2, 178 Collins Street, Melbourne.
Products used – Diacolor Light Brown, Dark Blonde, Natural Ash.
Technique – sectioned out star shape at crown with light brown diacolor to give a matt finish. Perimeter around crown: Dark blonde diacolor mixed with Natural Ash.
