:: Spotlight :: Nana Carana Biquini launch

By: Carmine Pascuzzi

On the Rooftop of 24 The Esplanade in St.Kilda, guests experienced the rhythms of Brazil, dancing the samba and sipping on Caiprihinas, all in the name of Nana Carana's Biquinis and their launch into Australia. These cheekily-cut bikinis have adorned Brazilian babes for years. Now it’s Australia's turn.

"The Nana Carana Biquinis is a skimpier cut but it really does flatter the female form and is this season’s hottest swimwear look”, says Amanda Fenton, Nana Carana’s part owner and Australian distributor. Amanda first spotted the biquinis while holidaying in Florianopolis. They are now famous on the world’s most stunning beaches such as the famous Amalfi Coast and Capri in Italy.

Alice Mason is the new addition to the Australian distribution of Nana Carana. She fell in love with Nana Carana and has been enjoying the affair ever since. She said, "This is a product I truly am an advocate for. I cannot stop talking about the sensation Nana Carana is going to have on Australian beaches this year”.

New summer 2007/2008 season styles are fashioned from a range of eye-catching prints from 70s-inspired paisleys and flower power florals, to geometric stripes and swirls, as well as unique tattoo and babushka doll prints in sexy summer brights.

Nana Carana is currently stocked in Australia's most renowned boutiques including Cyberia, Fibre Store, Body, Elvis4Cleo, Klimt and Me & Torso. It is also stocked overseas in Satine in LA and Miss Chocolate in northern Italy.

Guests were treated with a Brazilian band whilst models showcased the stunning collection from Nana Carana.
