sass & bide celebrated the launch of their eponymous eyewear collection to Sydney’s fashion set recently. The event, hosted by the label’s Sarah-Jane Clarke & Heidi Middleton, saw over 400 guests experience the girls' renowned creative imagination first hand as they were welcomed into sass & bide’s Little Big Land.

Upon walking down a winding, hazy path of light pillars, the guest list of media, celebrities, family, and friends found themselves in a forest of life-size pop-up trees. The evening’s cocktails were created exclusively by Skky Vodka Mixologists whilst Santa Vittoria treated guests to their pure nectars and Italian sodas. The Hungry Little Caterpillar inspired a menu of scrumptious canapés including Peking duck pancakes, Atlantic salmon soba noodle boxes, miniature Moroccan lamb pies, paprika lamb chops on kumera mash and fruit sorbet shots assuring the late-night picnic was complete.

In true fashion-style, guests took to the dance floor until the small hours and enjoyed super-fun hip-hop from ‘Hoops’, Modular Records’s all-female DJ collaborative.

The guestlist included Alex Dimitriades, Camilla & Marc, Bowie, Fuzzy, Jason Dundas, Lindsay Rodrigues, Pip Edwards, Simon Lock and actresses Veronica Sywak, Nathalie Kelley and Teresa Palmer.

The 38-piece eyewear collection will be available nationally form mid-November with prices points ranging form $379 to $399.
