One of the most striking models I've come across in recent months is Valeria Orsini. She is from Miami, Florida and is of Colombian, Italian, and Puerto Rican descent with measurements of 34C-24-34. She has been featured in everything from calendars for “Latin Mix” to Swimming with Sharks for “Playboy TV” and was a special guest on “Bunny Talk Radio”. She has also graced the covers of various print publications, walked the runway live for Tara Love, Linda Zamora, Lace to Lust, hosted some of the hottest clubs across America and been featured in Deco Drive, Telemundo, Univision, Mega TV, and recently had her film debut in “La Pageant Diva” by Director and writer Franco Parente. Q&A with Valeria Q. What is your family background? A. My mother is Colombian and my father is Italian/ Puerto Rican Q. Did you grow up in your teens wanting to be a model? A. That's funny. No, I never dreamed as a girl that I would be this lucky and have so many people believe in me. Q. What have you discovered / learnt from the modelling scene? A. I've learned so much from modelling - like how to style my wardrobe, about lighting angles, and so much about elegance & class. I've also learned not to trust every smile you meet… Q. Career highlights to date? A. I have much to be proud of thanks to the amazing team I have.. my first film, my first print magazine, calendars, and now TV, which I love doing. And I have just filmed a small feature in “StepUp 4” - in theatres next summer. Q. Favourite hobbies? A. Most people don't know this about me, but I was a champion rider.. I love horse back riding and started at the age of six. Q. Favourite music? A. I love dance music, Latin, hip hop, and house. Q. Favourite films? A. My Italian/Colombian side comes out - Blow, Casino, and all the other classics. Q. What is your fashion sense? A. Since I live in Miami and its always so hot, we have very sexy wardrobes here. I like colour in classy cuts and formfitting Q. Beauty tips? A. Best beauty tip.. eat healthy, drink a lot of water, and exercise …if you do all that, you'll feel great and look great! Q. Advice for young girls aspiring to be models? A. For young girls, start early in this game. Never think you know it all (learn from everyone), Practise in the mirror Q. Favourite place visited? A. Mykonos,Greece…. it was magical! Q. Do you have a role model/s? A. My mother is my life role model.. a strong, independent, intellectual, and beautiful woman… most of all, an amazing mother. Q. People you've admired generally? A. I do love JLo - she is talented, ambitious, and gets it done…she has a great Cinderella story… Q. Future ambitions? A.
