:: Australia’s first Versace Collection store for men opens in QVB

By: Carmine Pascuzzi

Australia’s very first Versace Collection store for Men has opened in Sydney’s QVB, boasting an exclusive menswear line that is the perfect blend of elegance, stylish innovation and trademark Versace creativity.

Versace Collection, located on level one in the QVB, will showcase Versace’s latest collections direct from Europe, for the Australian man. The store will carry suits and shirts for both business and formal occasions, shoes with the trademark V-buckle, ties, belts, sunglasses, watches, wallets and much more.

The Spring Summer 08/09 collection will be the first to be unveiled, and customers can expect to see lots of pinstripes with a flash of colour. We’re talking red, violet and pink!

Versace is renowned for its obsessive attention to detail and exceptional quality garments which are all made from fine grade, delicate and durable fabrics using a special weaving technique.

Versace Collection is owned by the Mitroo Group along with Verses Collections and Feraud Homme also located in the QVB. Managing Director Sam Mitroo said, “The success of our two existing stores in the QVB definitely influenced our decision to locate the Versace Collections store here. The QVB is an iconic building in a prime position for city foot traffic and has a great mix of brands to compliment our three stores. We are really looking forward to seeing the Australian male embrace the Versace Collections.”

QVB is equally pleased to be the home of Australia’s first Versace Collection store for men and is confident the store will be a tremendous success.

Versace Collection is at Shop 39-43, Level 1, QVB, 455 George St, Sydney
