:: Get Smart Again

The greatest TV show in history has this overdue release. It is the only Get Smart title available on DVD at present, which is tragic.
This film contains the entire original cast except The Chief. It is the second full-length revival of the hit TV series and it sees Maxwell Smart is called out of his retirement to save the world once again. He is delighted with the thought of being re-activated and his wife, 99, wants to get involved too. Smart coerces 99 to drop her public-sector job and join him in thwarting the evil of their old nemesis Siegfried.

The film is close to how the series was structured (unlike “The Nude Bomb”) and contains almost all our favorite Get Smart lines and antics. The hilarious antics of Max and the team is as great as ever, and is a great reminder of how far ahead ahead of time they were.
