:: Optus ONE80PROJECTBy: Carmine PascuzziAfter three successful years, the Optus ONE80PROJECT is back, giving aspiring TV and filmmakers a shot at drama production. The project is a national competition inviting anyone with a good idea for an hour long drama to submit a 180 second pilot and an accompanying treatment. This is then judged by an expert panel of industry specialists, which will to ultimately be produced and aired on MTV in Australia, online and on mobile. The OPTUS ONE80PROJECT is a joint initiative between Optus and MTV Networks Australia, in association with BlackBerry. The Optus ONE80PROJECT Festival will be held on Sunday, April 18, 2010 in The Garden of Hyde Park, Sydney (Elizabeth Street side). The Judge’s Choice and the grand prize will be announced and some of our esteemed judges will be present! The ONE80PROJECT festival starts from 6.00pm, spread the word and tell your friends. Bring your picnic blanket, soak up the sunset and scenery of Hyde Park and join us for a great night to celebrate the finale of the Optus ONE80PROJECT.
