Mezzanine Del’Alcazar is a popular and classy Paris restaurant and bar that offers sophisticated dining, together with relaxing and smooth electronic/house music. The French record label Pschent sees fit for another volume of the series. If you’re into soft electronic grooves, this is a CD to add to your collection. Check out “Late At Night” by Simon Says for a funky rhythm, and “Dinner Time” for a lounge sound. There is also Mr Scruff’s “Valley of the Sausages” (what a title!) and the Victor Duplaix remix of Jazzanova’s “That Night”. Several tracks will send you floating away into a dreamworld. The second disc focuses on the seduction theme and the set will get you in a wicked mood. It has a subtle ambience to keep the mood in place. Overall, the two discs are terrific pieces of music for a romantic setting.
