This compilation has been prepared by Fuzzy Breaks co-founder Jonathan Wall. Fuzzy is a leading dance event promoter in Sydney and has been responsible for many big events. There numerous one-off activities now include this CD. It’s a means of gathering the better moments of these events into one collection. The Fuzzy influence has naturally given rise to the upsurge in breaks music. This CD contains some of the well-known pieces and some eclectic, unexpected ones thrown in too. It’s well-compiled with the appearance of identities from the Finger Lickin’ Records label, including Plump DJs and Soul Of Man. Fans can get up and dance to some tantalising breaks - there are plenty to choose from – and they pump through at a hectic rate. Listen out for Isaac Hayes “Theme from Shaft” as an obvious standout.
