Yes, it is that rather good looking Norwegian band you may recall from the mid 1980’s - most probably for the faultless single ‘Take On Me’. Well, they are back. In fact they never went anywhere - playing this year to 120,000 people in Norway in addition to the recent Live 8 concerts. This single ‘Celice’ - the band's 32nd - is taken from their forthcoming album ‘Analogue’ which has been tagged as adult alternative pop rock. A distinctive melody, upbeat pop chorus, and wonderful guitar hook effortlessly drive the song. Lyrically it deals with a troubled romance and is interesting enough to bring in another listen. Keep an ear out for remixes at a club near you. Surprisingly good.
