The A.M.

This is a fresh sound from some musicians who have a solid pedigree of good work. Michael Tighe (vocals/guitar) and Parker Kindred (drums/vocal) will be remembered fondly by fans of the late great Jeff Buckley as songwriting collaborators and band mates. It’s great to see them combine in this musical venture. They are joined by keyboardist/vocalist Andrew Wyatt. You can’t help but be impressed by their emotional and gritty rock flavours. The sound comes across as a classic type, much in the vein of Buckley’s “Grace”, with pop-rock hooks aplenty. It gives a reminder of the Buckley craft and will please fans who have been waiting for something to fill the void, albeit in a very different manner and character.
