Ben‘s latest album has really propelled him into the spotlight like never before. It's the kind of release that keeps on giving and everyone can get something from. With his latest single 'Catch My Disease’, you can see exactly what I mean. It‘s energetic, poppy, fun and damn catchy. The song's key is the easy to sing lyrics, most notably the chorus. It’s a sprightly young thing that only takes one listen before you become hooked. And that's why it works so well. With any luck those who don't own a copy of his new album 'Awake Is The New Sleep’ will do so after hearing this. Even better news is that this is one of those singles that makes a purchase absolutely necessary. There‘s a beautiful interpretation of Modest Mouse's awesome song from last year 'Float On’ as well live versions of ‘No Right Angles’, ‘Something Borrowed, Something Blue’ and a demo of ‘ Catch My Disease’. And if that‘s not enough there's also a video of previous single, 'Gamble Everything For Love’. Way to go Ben!
