Bond

There is a sense of joy and fulfilment whenever you hear the music of Bond. The exuberance by the female quartet shines through into the latest CD “Classified”. Apart from the flair and passion they exhibit visually, they seem to strike the right notes with the musical presentation. The pulsating rhythms and world music influences are played with verve and gusto. Some of the tracks are quite inspirational; “Dream Star” and “Explosive”, to name two, and the inclusion of the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra has added the classical inspiration. It actually makes “Classified” more classically orientated than the previous albums, yet still retaining a substantial contemporary pop flavour with the strong drum elements. The girls wrote almost half the album and the global influences are evident. The album is well produced and showcases the girls’ talents exceedingly well. I am sure we’ll hear more of Bond’s musical virtuosity in the years to come.
