Brain is the single from the totally independently produced Melbourne based act called Boom La. Brain is summery, leisurely and funky song, featuring the drawling and gorgeous lyrics of Syrene. Brain hails from the duo’s debut album, From Brazil to Cyrene. Boom La are somewhat jazzy, somewhat poppy, somewhat autonomous of other genres yet easy to listen to. Boom La are refreshingly intricate yet engaging. And evidently very talented. A breezy song like Brain would be scrumptious to listen to while you sip a mojito on a balmy night this summer.
