Terrific to see Candice Alley back in the spotlight, after dropping off the Australian music scene for a few years. She had demonstrated her ability as a songwriter of real note and a sultry, vibrant singer after previous chart-topping efforts. Judging by this return single “Before You Go”, the passion certainly hasn't disapperared and she looks better than ever in delivering her distinctive vocals in this guitar-pop song, complete with a beautiful chorus. It's great to see her back, and I can't wait until her album.
