4 Strings is a duo (Jan Loechel and C. Resoort) from Holland and it’s their debut album. Trance-laden, electronic-tinged rhythms signify a more than interesting release. For dance music lovers, it is a real treat with an assortment of male and female vocalists and there is a generally good flow to the tracks. Behind the energy that 4 Strings provide, there is a certain edge in the uplifting trance-like riffs and soaring keys. But it is the multi-talented and sexy singer, dancer, model Vanessa Van Hermert that lifts this record above the average. She had worked alongside Alice Deejay before taking further singing lessons. She was chosen to be the singer for 4 Strings and the best is yet to come. This is a good package with lovely vocals and beats and it paves the way for even more substantial offerings in the future.
