A delightful debut album from an honest and personable performer. Clare’s career moves up a big step with a natural style and charismatic personality. The songs feel real and typify her energy and ability. She has accumulated a fine set of musicians that are The Feeding Set, and they bring their ingenuity into uncomplicated instrumentation. The first two singles, ‘Human Being’ and ‘Monday Comes; were released last year to good airplay coverage and indicated more good things were to come.
