And who better to sing of the high school days, with its popular girls and fake ids then this group. Young men themselves, they carve the right sound and atmosphere. Fresh and vibrant, songs of young love, booze and sex appeal take on lives of their own, dictated only by the beats, which demand fun and recklessness. What are most amazing, are the lyrics. Full of poetic devices such as alliteration, pun and metaphor, Cute Is What We Aim For, could turn any mundane subject into an art. Each track is carefully crafted to reveal in almost disguised ways, the subject behind the song's inspiration. It is remarkable to listen to. Overall, this is a great album.
