Dash & Will (a.k.a Charlie Thorpe and Josie DeSousa-Reay) are two affable performers with exuberance and their own personalities. Their combined spunk and energy now results in their debut album ‘Up In Something’. They‘ve hit the mark pretty well with a vibrant sound, full of harmonies and slices of glorious pop. The songs are diverse with varied influences. They boast a combination of accessibility and edge. Importantly, there is a great sense of fun, in keeping with their personalities. A couple of worthy standouts are 'Painful’, ‘Save Me’, ‘Some Like It Hot’ and, of course, their first single ‘Pick You Up’ with its catchy tempo. There's a good mix of big and soft pop, plus dance grooves and driving rock blasts to keep things interesting right through. This album has been worth the wait and shows the enormous potential as skilful singers and songwriters Dash & Will possess.
