For Even fans patience has become a virtue that is rewarded richly by Even's newest album which has been in the making for two and a half years. The self titled album combines an unusual mix of rock, country and the blues yet draws on an eclectic mix of styles to make up their individual sound. Their fifth album ‘Even’ channels the early Stones with a semi retro feel that is sure to impress. Its combination of feel good songs and chilled out sounds makes for easy listening whilst still managing to provoke thought through some stimulating imagery. Songs such as ‘Only one’ send out revolutionary vibes whilst ‘Sister Rock’ is a quirky laid back song designed to get you moving. The Melbourne trio have had releases in five different countries outside Australia and the honour of performing at numerous festivals and concerts. Yet back home the news has also been great. Their new album has had enormously positive feedback.
