This musical accompaniment to Johnny Depp‘s brilliant portrayal of J.M Barrie's life around the time he wrote Peter Pan takes the same fantastical liberties as the film does. Twinkling piano over-scores sumptuous strings that morph from wistful to lamenting throughout the 23 tracks. Composer, Jan Kaczmarek recently won an Oscar for this score and it isn't hard to see why. One need not be a classical music lover to be taken on its emotional ride. Listen to 'Finding Neverland’ whilst you're doing your ironing and you too will be transported out of your mundane, adult, workaday life into a world of pirates, alligators and fairies. Before you know it you'll be flying back in your bedroom window in your dressing-gown, not sure where the last thirty years have gone, only to find your ironing has been done and your children are right where you left them.
