Soothing, melodic and just so romantic, ‘Love Specifics’ contains many tracks of a serene nature. For girls like me, or anyone whose a little soft at heart, this album is a lovely little number for those lazy afternoons. Created by Bill McDonald, ex-band member of Rebecca's Empire and Ultrasound, this album spins a web of emotion filled ballads and upbeat tracks, all devoted to that mysterious yet welcome human sentiment called love. The track “Gentle Falling Rain”, with Angie Hart, is a quiet, reflective piece and “I Love That Woman”, featuring Charles Jenkins, is just gorgeous. Catchy and innocent, it is just the cutest song about affection for another - and make sure you listen to the end of this song - it’s a real treat. The enormous array of musical sounds is delightful, as each song takes you on a very seperate yet singular journey into the heart. Composed of thirteen tracks from various artists and groups this album offers a wide range of genres and styles for you to sink your teeth into. A really charming album.
