'I’m Staying Home’ boasts a collection of ‘the funkiest gems to hit our decks.’ An ideal collaboration of music for a house party or indeed chilling out at home, this album delivers a mixture of casual tracks, experimental in their own right and some individually quirky. From bass and techno filled rhythms, to smooth and exotic, to soul and dance styles, it has the lot. What makes the music included so interesting however, is the way different genres of music styles have been placed together. Trumpets and piano play alongside whistles, electric guitars and disc scratching. Some tracks deliver rap and techno. Fast yet laid-back songs which create a relaxed atmosphere.
