The Stanton Warriors remix of Basement Jaxx’s ‘Where’s Your Head At?’ was embarrassingly funkier than the original. Depressingly, it wasn’t available on the Basement Jaxx LP. With Armand’s latest, Da Hool has saved what may have been a no-account single. His and Santos’ remixes of the track make this a memorable record. While I don’t think you’ll be playing this to your grandkids one day as the track that made you take Ecstasy for the first time, I’m sure we’ll all be shaking to it on the dance floor for a while, and now you can take that home with you.
