They still retain that youthful, invigorating sound, and Tim Wheeler and band make a welcome return with an extremely catchy, though less rough and punk styled, song. Now seems the time for this Irish band to make their mark. “Shining Light” could be the catalyst to start their assault. I’ve always liked their fresh, inhibition-free attitude. You won’t find much classier indie-rock than this, wonderfully melodic and smooth. The bonus tracks add value, and there is a remix of their previous single “Jesus Says” just for good measure.
