Bec Cartwright

Bec probably hasn’t had the right material as yet, to make a real impact. She oozes sexuality and charm. The songs are quite inoffensive in terms of vocals and effects, and they talk of love gone wrong, teenage hopes and dreams. Bec hasn’t written any of these songs but they are quite pleasant and smooth. The title track offers something for an infectious club mix with potent sounds. Her voice comes up well on softer songs like “Matter of Time” and “Meant to Be”, which also offer solid beats. Forgetting her soap opera acting background, Bec should be nurtured and encouraged because the basis for some enchanting pop melodies can exist.
