Chrissa

This is a very catchy number from an eye-catching performer. Chrissa is a Melbourne singer who has been working solidly behind the scenes during the past two years in readiness for her tilt at a successful music career. We’ve seen little of her live but I hope that she is successful because she demonstrates a talent in pop vocals. The lyrics are written by Los Angeles based Equinox. Chrissa’s voice is not overly endowed with great strength, but it’s well suited to a cool R&B theme and with a clear, seductive charm. The B-sides contain the Chill Mix – synth and piano giving it a cruisier tone. Another track “Naughty Girl” is another cute pop effort. Expect an album in the first part of 2003.
