DJ Otzi

Anyone who has travelled to the Mediterranean, or been clubbing in some of the more tragic parts of Europe, is familiar with this strange brand of Euro-Pop cum dance. It’s like music produced by the Wiggles, but about boys & girls, for a “hands in the air” stadium effect. The much-esteemed DJ-Otzi “(I’m not actually sure why he’s called a DJ; there doesn’t appear to be any mixing of records) provides the vocals here. There are fake crowd noises placed over the top of the radio-edit, only ensuring that this remains the cheesiest track to hit out airwaves since the Vengaboys called it a day.
