David has shown an abundance of talent in the last twelve months, having seen him mature through three single releases and a growing fan base around Australia. Although this is an unusual album title, David sets this CD up well. He talks of love, being positive and stalemates, but he has charisma in delivering his music and in looking like a rock star. But look beyond the outside and observe the inner charm of his songwriting. “Oxygen”, “Never Be Amazing” and “God Only Knows” were very good singles, whilst songs like “Lie To Ourselves”, and “Perfect Word” will endear him further. David continues to grow in self-confidence and stage manner. The heart and spirit is evident and he has much to look forward to.
