InMe

In the UK this band has been touted as one to watch. InMe has topped Internet music charts and much has happened whilst the threesome are still teenagers. Judging from what I’ve heard here, the status of the band becoming a rock force around Europe is justified. There is a cool underground feel about InMe while the production is exceptional. Songs that have been heavily downloaded by fans are “Mosaic” and “Crushed Like Fruit” have had the treatment done for the purpose of this album. There is a raw, mish-mash component that makes for unevenness in quality. I suspect that some songs here, when dissected, may not amount to a lot of substance, but on the live stage they could be real belters. For all the theory and presumption, it can be said that the songs generally sound very good and the boys have lots of fun and deliver a fair share of power amongst the catchy pop stylings. Highlight tracks are the two mentioned above, plus “Neptune” and “Lava Twilight” with a good change of pace. Lots of potential with these guys and continued songwriting of catchy songs will deliver the goods for them. http://www.inmeonline.com
