I‘ve got to tell you from the outset; I can't stand Live. It's those annoying vocals. It’s because they act tough when they're obviously not, and I also heard their 'Lightning Crashes’ song about 1000 times too many. Anyway, their latest single ‘Simple Creed’ is not all that bad, but still features many annoying ‘over-the-top’ Live trademarks. Not even a cameo appearance by UK trip-hop star Tricky will lift the appeal of this track to the many which view Live as simply a melodramatic, middle-of-the-road US rock band. For fans only.
