The funky groove mayhem of Machine Gun Fellatio rears its eclectic head again with this five-track EP. It follows their enterprising album “Bring It One” from eighteen months ago and gives the fans a reminder of how demonstrative and sleazy this charismatic band can get. Already, “The Girl Of My Dreams” has attracted quality status amongst indie music fans. They have the uncanny knack of rolling five different styles into these five tracks, but with a certain unrestrained flow. Just listen to the last track “Smile”, for the more reflective nature, and the smooth disco-styled “Take It Slow”. Having seen them play a great show as the support to Garbage on their recent Australian tour, all power and praise go them. Be sure to catch them at a festival or pub gig near you.
