This is Mandy Moore’s third album. She is still a teenage pop performer and she seems to be enjoying herself on these songs – more confidence and a mature outlook, which is an obvious progression. She shows natural maturity as a performer, with “In My Pocket” indicating a strong pop sense and tougher attitude. Another pacy pop song is “Turn The Clock Around”, while “Saturate Me” shows her softer style. It’s a cool ballad. There is the acoustic pop of “Crush” to showcase her talent. And she definitely has augmented her standing and sets out to demonstrate promise as a songwriter also. With a most adept style in singing ballads, look for more in this regard. There is a CDROM component to boot.
