Mental As Anything

This band has been in existence since the mid-1970s and, although there have been little breaks here and there, still enjoy dishing out some quirky, mildly amusing anecdotes into song. They released another album “Beetroot Stains” earlier this year. There are a couple of tracks of from as well as unreleased tracks. Greedy Smith goes into his crooner role in one of the better tracks “Holiday Away From My Head”, while “Sphinx Stinks” (say that with a mouthful of peanuts), has a dash of style to it. The remaining tracks pass by with striking out.
