Michelle shows herself to be very marketable, the more she matures. This is again radio-friendly but with an enticing edge to it. There’s a bit of doom and gloom that suggests she’s ready to cut across a new sphere – a more defiant mood. Dave Navarro lends a hand also with powerful guitar. This is a very creditable effort that shows her leaning away from perceived straight-pop interpretations.
