These girls just ooze sex and charisma, and that’s just without their sultry vocal style that has been winning fans all over Britain and Europe. Obviously, the girls have matured in singing and songwriting. There isn’t the abundance of two-step stylings as their last album. The distinctive vocals augment a catchy bass line and a refined R&B feel. The Swedish producers have played a good part in skilfully pronouncing a sound that will reach more people. “Scandalous” is a fine example of taking their sound to a new level. The underlying nature is one of freshness and upbeat feelings. A couple of slower tracks also appeal for variety, with Joe chipping in to contribute his style on “Home Tonight”. Other notable tracks are “All In One Day” and “Best Friends”. This CD is most enjoyable and demonstrates how well the girls have moved on. Their good looks will certainly help with sales, in adding to the substance of the recorded material. Sounds like they’re getting close to having the total package.
