NSync (featuring Nelly)

This collaboration between boy band NSYNC and rapper Nelly makes for a fantastic R&B song despite what you might think before first hearing it. Nelly’s distinct bouncy beats run against NSYNC’s soft harmony, both groups’ distinct sounds really complimenting each other. Nelly appears first, and then NSYNC take over from the chorus onwards. The two different sounding vocals jump in and out of the background throughout the rest of the song to create a sort of melodic climax. This collaboration works really well to produce a sweet yet powerful song at the same time. The CD single also includes the video of NSYNC’s previous single Gone.
