New Found Glory

Although relatively new to Australian ears, these six-album veterans show they have the stuff to compete with their emo-anthem rivals. This Australian tour exclusive is an excellent introduction to New Found Glory, comprising of the seriously catchy single ‘Head On Collision’, a radio session track of ‘Something I Call Personality’, and videos for both the single itself and ‘Understatement’. As demonstrated in both their music and their videos, the band clearly has a good sense of humour, and this is perhaps the most infectious element of their style (be sure to watch the hilarious CD-ROM video clip for ‘Head on Collision’). Leaning towards the pop-punk persuasion, NFG create music that grabs, and before you know what’s going on, you’re singing and head banging along with them.
