Bluebottle Kiss front man Jamie Hutchings produces this album. It is a debut album is full of ambition and energy, in giving a driving force of snappy guitar riffs and bass. I haven’t known much about this band but it’s an inviting effort in which the songwriting appears compelling enough to warrant future success, and there is a certain charm in the way the punk-pop songs are delivered, with very infectious hooks. A very good rhythm section is showcased in creating an unmistakeable dynamism. “Day & Nights” is a good example of some 60s flavoured pop music, and they have much to offer. Overall, a strong, infectious debut from this post-punk band and I can only hope it is recognised.
