:: Una NochePnau with Kid CreoleAfter such a long time between drinks, we finally hear from geniuses Nick Littlemore and Peter Mayes, collectively known as Pnau. Playing only festivals over the past year, they are back on the block to show they’re still Australia’s premier dance act with the release of their fantastic new single ‘Una Noche.’ This is a f**king great dance track with a very summertime feel, imagining yourself up on a balcony overlooking the sea on a hot summer night sipping a mango daiquiri dancing the night away with your friends before jumping off the balcony into the sea for a midnight swim. The track boasts a Spanish sing along verse then delves into the trumpet, drum machine, guitar and keyboards with the fine talents of August Darnell (the infamous Kid Creole) and his Coconuts on back up. Track two is the Drum Attic Twins Mix then track three is an extended mix. This track picks up right where Follow Me and the third issue of Sambanova left off. Let me be the first to say we’re all counting down the days till the release of the new album! |
