This is a new band to our listeners. They hail from California and the infectious pop sounds have won over many fans in America. There are lots of floating melodies and tightly packed guitars that give lots of bounce in a friendly-pop environment. The band displays an inoffensive attitude of catchy, well-packaged pop. Whether it will make its mark outside of the States is another story. But it’s worth a listen for the feel-good, sing-a-long choruses like in “If It Were Up To Me” and “Stay Away”. Rooney adds to the guitar-driven pop fuelled from America and they tell some interesting stories. There is an enhanced component to the CD also.
