The Savages

They are a Swedish band and provide the listener with delicious helpings of raw punk-pop stylings. They don’t hold anything back on the energy levels in vocals and guitar blasts. Lots of 1960s influences and references. A little country twang is thrown in for good measure. “Let’s Run” and “Detroit” stand out for sheer heaviness. A terrific set of songs from a band that would be great to see live.
