The Waifs

This release is a five track EP in anticipation of their full-length release. Stalwarts of the Australian acoustic scene, this release thankfully keeps to the kind of live performance that they are loved for. Their strong songwriting talents are evident here, enhanced by the hauntingly beautiful vocals of the Simpson’s sisters, Donna and Vikki. Included here is their Triple J hit ‘London Still’, an emotional anthem to the Australian travellers tradition. Fans will be interested in the two live tracks, the bluesy ‘Crazy Train’ and ‘Here if You Want’, as well as the unreleased track ‘Jealousy’.
