An excellent idea to celebrate the achievements of this worldly effective organization. A wonderful 27-track double album has been compiled to acknowledge Amnesty’s fight for human rights. There is something for everyone, with several highlights. Sarah Brightman, known for her stage performances and superb voice, is an unexpected, but worthy inclusion on the first CD. The terrific Nitin Sawnhey track “Breathing Light” is also here. The second CD contains some artists I hadn’t heard before. Prabhu Dhakal and Sally produce fine tracks. The booklet that accompanies the CDs is well worth reading to gain some knowledge about Amnesty. Overall, it’s a noteworthy release.
