This compilation shows that a great idea can take you far: ten exclusive tracks chosen by LTJ Bukem to showcase the best in drum ’n’ bass worldwide. I’m always a fan of finding out about the music your favourite artists like, so for Bukem fans this offering would be worth picking up. All tracks are previously unreleased on any format. My own favourites include ‘Fields of Mars’ by Phazer for the spooky synths, and ‘Touch Me’ by Perth’s own Greg Packer for the wonderfully beautiful ambient vocals. Other artists include Scalar, Soul Purpose, Avid Nation and Omni Trio & Deep Blue.
